Distance contracts
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance service contract, subject to statutory exceptions.
Who provides the moving service
The moving contract is between the customer and the provider. The provider must give the specific withdrawal information that applies to that contract.
Early performance
If service is requested before the withdrawal period ends, the express request and any legal financial consequences must be clearly recorded.
