Role of TuttoFacile
TuttoFacile is a platform and intermediary. It does not perform the moving service unless a service is expressly identified as its own.
Requests and proposals
An initial request does not guarantee provider availability. Relevant price, included services, exclusions, dates and conditions must be clear before acceptance.
Responsibility
The provider is responsible for delivering the service, its staff, vehicles, authorisations, insurance and tax obligations.
Communication
Messages, proposals, acceptance, planning and documents may be recorded to provide continuity, support and an audit trail.
